this has now been implemented in, whatever the next version number will be~ either 3.3.0 or 4.0.0

As a request I'm all for this, lots of times I want to have a rectangle with curved edges + dashed lines!

a question before I start this one!

mostly asking out of curiosity - if tiled dash snapping is turned off, where would you put the seam, assuming it has to be the same for both rounded and non-rounded rectangles?

(personally leaning toward B because it sits in existing discontinuities)
