Shapes HDRP manager doesn't clean up properly
If you enter play mode in the editor for the first time, you will see it, but if you exit and enter again it will not be in the scene hierarchy.
I put some logging code in the class and it appears the static instance doesn't get cleaned up and instead is held even though the gameobject has no scene anymore.
