Disc renders incorrectly when Angle start/end values are the same and "Round Caps" are applied.

What I see: A little rectangle is rendered with the disc on HDRP.

What I should see: Nothing rendering

To reproduce:

1. Add disc

2. Set "Angle Start" and "Angle End" to 0.

3. Enable "Round Caps"


I'm trying to build an animation that renders the disc end position growing over time. As seen in the attached screenshot, the disc renders a little rectangle if start = end. When "Round Caps" is unchecked, it doesn't render anything (which feels correct).
