Rectangle Thickness at 0 still renders

When you set a thickness of zero for rectangles, the rectangle is still rendered.

Also, since it was mentioned as an additional issue when we discussed the workaround in discord, you can set rectangle thickness to negative values.

this has now been fixed in 3.2.0

the rectangle is a little underdeveloped in general, I'll have to make it up to par with the other similar shapes (ring & regular polygon)
