Lines with thickness values for each end

Similar to polylines, being able to set the thickness of a line at it's start and end points would be perfect for making quick two-point triangles for instance.

possibly! I feel like this is a bit of a weird one - polylines with varying thickness can be useful because you often want to make trails and whatnot using them, but a single line seems a little more rare to me

the two-point triangle case seems like more of a hack than a core feature to be honest, and rather something you could add a helper function to do with the triangle shape instead (and in the process not waste that extra triangle~)

It's nice to have feature parity with polyline though, so I'll still consider it, but, currently low prio!
