Draw.Matrix problem
Does the system automatically reset Draw.Matrix after the using( Draw.Command( cam ) ) scope ends?

All draw states (including Draw.Matrix) are reset at the end of the Draw.Commans scope by default, but if you want you can turn that behavior off in the Shapes settings by unchecking this
