Add public property for Sorting Layer and Sorting Order?

The inspector fields seem to edit the values of the mesh renderer; it would be nice to have some way to access them via code!

Maybe a get accessor on the mesh renderer would do it but it's not as intuitive since the component is hidden.

This is mostly to change the sorting order at runtime.

sure! Shapes now have SortingLayerID, SortingOrder and SortingLayerName properties exposed
