Add option for Z Buffer offset when redering 2D flat mode
It would be nice when rendering shapes on top of another surface in 2D flat mode to have an option to bump the Z offset closer to the camera to prevent Z fighting.

Depth Offset Factor & Units (along with depth test) is now available in the upcoming release!
