Shapes Website sometimes unusually slow to respond

I'm located near Seattle and have a fairly decent internet connection

That said, I've noticed that randomly, but often enough to be noticeable once every few days or so, the Shapes website is very slow to respond, hanging for up to 30 seconds before the server replies to a GET request at all.

I have experienced this same behavior with all extensions disabled and have no firewall or other local things running that should impact this. I am using Chrome Version 89.0.4389.90 for Windows

If it isn't already, is there any chance that it the page could be moved to a CDN-backed static web host such as Github Pages or Cloudflare Pages?

since I'm using a hosting service (one.com) I don't think there's anything on my end that might be causing this, if anything it's on their servers, and right now I don't know if this is a widespread issue enough to move it to some other host, but it is something I could do if it turns out to be a big issue, but for now I don't have any plans to do so!
