UI bug on 2021.2.8f1 (caused by broken first time import)

Hi,

I'm unable to use Shapes.

When I try to open the Settings Window, I have these errors

and when I try to add a Disc component, not everything is shown :

this has now been fixed in 4.1.2

Yes. Everything fine after restarting Unity.

was this immediately after the first time setup, and have you tried restarting Unity?
