Repeated shapes do not render with GPU Instancing on
As specified in title, I use immediate mode shape drawer, and GPU Instancing causes shapes not to render, alternating shape types or disabling gpu instancing fixes the issue

this sounds like a broken shader cache, which seems to happen especially when you update in place. I would try doing a clean reinstall!
