Strokes on shapes

I have several menu mockups I want to integrate using Shapes but some require Strokes on Disks. Like when you select an option there would be a different color outline that grows around it from 0px to 10px. Would be nice to have an option for strokes on any Shapes! (or maybe i didn't find a way to do it?)

Add a border to Polygon, add padding to PolyLine, this looks like a new component :-)

yeah, a stroke would make this more useful.

this is one of those can of worms that has *major* implications to the amount of work I need to do and expectations on future things. in other words - this is a lot of extra work, and it's multiplied by the number of shapes, because if I add another shape, it'll be expected to have support for this too

that, and the fact that you can generally make outlines yourself with the tools that exist (just, with multiple shapes) has made me hesitate in implementing this

that being said, it might still happen! I'll consider it

Thanks for the reply Freya! I saw your twitter thread about it. I didn't know it would have such implications! i'll try to be clever with using multiple shapes to make strokes :)
