Error enabling Shapes Render Feature for Unity 2021.3.4f1 URP

Seeing this error as soon as I add the Shapes Render Feature to my Forward Renderer. It is not related to SSCC, I removed it and still get this error. Am I missing a step somewhere?

weird - have you tried doing a clean reinstall?
